Dialog Manager 9c33d51179 MSA-2151: Simply exposes switches and dimmers so they can be accessible to an authenticated client using Cortana. Difficult to test right now because of this chicken-and-egg problem where I have to do this submission process before I can share the app internally for my team to even see, but here it is.
