Modifying 'Slightly smarter use of motion sensor'

The MOTION works as expected outside the TIMEFRAME interval.
The SWITCH is always ON during the TIMEFRAME interval.
If there is no MOTION the SWITCH is turned OFF at the end of the TIMEFRAME interval.
