S'pht'Kr b39b33726d Make TargetHeatingCoolingState writable ...

Apparently, if TargetHeatingCoolingState is not writable, you can’t add
a thermostat to a scene. This fix makes it writable from HomeKit, but
it still always remains set to HEAT.
